These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rezyst ("Rezyst", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

Rezyst is a product of Byflare Technologies OPC Private Limited ("Byflare Technologies"), which operates and provides the Rezyst services. Byflare Technologies OPC Private Limited is the legal entity responsible for providing the services and entering into this agreement. byflaretech.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rezyst, you confirm that you are capable of forming a binding contract. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Use of Service

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your usage and must not use the service for abuse, illegal activity, or unauthorized access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

All software, content, and materials are owned by Rezyst or its licensors and are protected by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezyst and Byflare Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Modifications to Service

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except in cases such as duplicate billing or service failure.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction is Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
